QUOTE: I think things are WAY more factual now than it was when I served with the net and cell phones, the media would have a VERY hard time distorting too mayn facts the way they did in Nam until the last year or so, but Bush and Cheny and their thugs did a hell of a job trying with Iraq!!! Hi Mikey . .thanks for stopping by Babe
Yes, I understand what you are saying somewhat about the contrast
between when you served in Nam & now with the Internet & Cell phones
& there surely aren't ever any shortages of white collar thugs
but the internet & TV programs are so run by money & their financial supporters don't you think they suppress & alter a lot of the real news
to make it more palatable & to cater to what they think we want to hear
as much as possible to keep their ratings up ???

I love this multi coloured world image. yes, i do too .. it is so all encompassing
from Pocohontus
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TkV-of_eN2w&feature=related You think I'm an ignorant savage And you've been so many places I guess it must be so But still I cannot see If the savage one is me Now can there be so much that you don't know? You don't know ... You think you own whatever land you land on The Earth is just a dead thing you can claim But I know every rock and tree and creature Has a life, has a spirit, has a name You think the only people who are people Are the people who look and think like you But if you walk the footsteps of a stranger You'll learn things you never knew you never knew Have you ever heard the wolf cry to the blue corn moon Or asked the grinning bobcat why he grinned? Can you sing with all the voices of the mountains? Can you paint with all the colors of the wind? Can you paint with all the colors of the wind? Come run the hidden pine trails of the forest Come taste the sunsweet berries of the Earth Come roll in all the riches all around you And for once, never wonder what they're worth The rainstorm and the river are my brothers The heron and the otter are my friends And we are all connected to each other In a circle, in a hoop that never ends How high will the sycamore grow? If you cut it down, then you'll never know And you'll never hear the wolf cry to the blue corn moon For whether we are white or copper skinned We need to sing with all the voices of the mountains We need to paint with all the colors of the wind You can own the Earth and still All you'll own is Earth until You can paint with all the colors of the wind

poison ivy is natural...but I'm not going near that....so are shrooms....I'll pass on that too Fran...if you grow your own tobacco...then it's natural
oh well, i don't think ivy is an herb
& natural tobacco is better than all the high bred tobacco the tobacco industries sell with all the carcinogens but i would not take belladonna either

QUOTE: Fran...if we are going by this logic (and I know not everyone believes in God)....God made man too
could resist adding that one
oh not this again ...
oh yes God Did make Man
...most of us I think ...
but then some men are evil predators
& repeat child molestors too
i have more faith in a harmless plant than booze by far
that has way more benefits than most people give it credit for
that would greatly help the economy
and help clean the ecosystem too with production
of paper clothing, & wood products & so many other things
like when it was used so prolifically in the World Wars
i have more faith in a very innovative plant
that would give people relief from pain & medical problems
without causing then to be strung out on the highly addictive narcotics
that the doctors give them like candy
with their filthy money hungry hands in the cookie jar
they would rather give to their patients without conscience
compromising the hippocratic law
for the hypocritical law they created
than allow them to have something with far less negative side effects
because of the huge financial kickbacks in pharmaceuticals for them
yes, i most definitely have more faith in God
and in the plants he gave us for many uses than i do in most men

geez... i was hoping reality television was not a representative sample of the american population... it depresses me that you guys have nuclear weaponry... i can see why // soo sorry about that
but i also can safely say that she is not an example of all Americans
just the unenlightened ones who buy into all the garbage they are fed
who don't provide themselves with nourishing fuel to exist on
& who don't use their brains for anything but watching tv,
video games & endlessly texting on their cell phones
while they are driving or crossing the street , if you can believe that !!!
