Racist Cop Cleared After Shooting Home Invasion Victim 6 Times
Written by jackyj on Oct-10-09 2:14pm From: diaryofahollywoodstreetking.com Tweet This Story! Just minutes after an armed homeowner apprehends a man who broke into his home, Tony Arambula called 9-1-1 and waited for police to take the bandit to jail. “Little did we know that who we called to save us would hurt us and change our lives forever,” said Tony’s wife, Leslie Arambula, “The police dragged my husband out of our house by the leg that they had just shot him in…my kids and I were witness to my husband’s bloody body just laying there.” The man who was desperately trying to protect his family during the home invasion, was shot a total of six times – including once in his back, once in his hip area, once in his forearm, and three more times while he was on the ground. Officer Brian Lilly openly admits to being responsible for firing six shots at the distressed homeowner. “My husband didn’t shoot Canales (the intruder) in the back because he thought that that would be the wrong thing to do,” says Leslie. “But unfortunately Brian Lilly didn’t have a problem shooting my husband in the back without any commands.” This brings me back to CNN’s Rick Sanchez’s heated discussion with Arizona’s Sheriff Joe Arpaio, surrounding racial profiling. During that interview, Sheriff Arpaio stated he granted more than a million dollars of government funding…all to get rid of illegal immigrants!!! So guess what the disturbed Sheriff started doing? Don’t know? I’ll tell you – Harassing Mexicans (even those born in America). Sheriff Joe claims that law enforcement officers can determine illegal aliens based on characteristics including speech and attire!!! WTF??? It’s clear to me that Tony Arambula has unfortunately fallen victim to what Sheriff Joe Arpaio preaches. When cops arrived at the scene of the burglary, Officer Brian Lilly saw a Mexican (Tony), and automatically assumed he was the criminal…Is this America – “The Land of the Free”??????????? Now, the Arambula family is suing the Phoenix Police Department for almost $6-million. “Everybody in the circle of command here knew it was Tony with the gun,” says the family’s attorney, Michael Manning. “They (the cops) didn’t try to calm or diffuse the situation, they immediately opened fire without doing anything, and shot the man in the back.” Shocking audio from 9-1-1 dispatch tapes reveal Tony’s plea to his wife after taking half-a-dozen bullets to into his body. “I can’t believe this is happening to me!” “Leslie, I love you…(bleep)….I love you.” Doctors say Tony Arambula is now looking at a lifetime of pain and arthritis, adding that he may been looking at losing one of his hands. 9-1-1 Audio: http://www.zimbio.com/Hollywood+Street+King/articles/oy_ovxO8eoe/Racist+Cop+Cleared+After+Shooting+Home+Invasion |

QUOTE: Just because others have gotten here without a passport doesn't mean you should be able to do the same elsewhere . You're only hurting yourself by refusing to get one. If you don't want to leave the country, that's fine though.
they changed the law to make more money and alaska is part of the united states till june you did not need a passport to go to canada and no i am not only hurting myself the federal govt is hurting the state of alaska.s tourism market i am only one person true but i doubt i am the only one but it is what it is a crock because if ya wanna walk across some secluded area yer in the change in the law only hurts the law biding people and those that make their livelihood from the tourism trade so no i am not only hurting myself be well may much good come to you and yours |

because i am cheap lol
and there are enough places to go without one and i do not really want to leave the country alaska is still the u s and if you do not leave the immediate vicinity of the route to get there why should you have to give the feds over 100 dollars to go there the free trade agreement should include tourism it maybe would be different if they actually did something about the illegal alien population in the united states but if they let illegals stay here why should i have to pay for a special document to be able to drive thru canada to alaska and back i have a certified birth certificate a valid state drivers license and a voter registration card |

yes over there looks like a fine destination it is always better over there hehehehe 20 more days and i start my adventure texas first to visit some friend then west to el paso then over to the grand canyon then la over towards the national forest then up to oregon and idaho wanted to do alaska but refuse to buy a passport to drive thru canada so i guess that is no longer going to happen unless a ferry from washington is not to expensive but they may want one for that as well yet they do nothing to those that wnat to come here illegally but the law biding people they keep adding fees and costs on in the name of a false sense of security |

QUOTE: QUOTE: Besides that we could just take the state back and the movement would be null and void anyway. There is no way a state militia can stand against the US military. And the little state would not have American citizens in it anymore so no need to feel guilty about it. The citizens willingly gave up their citizenship to this country by saying they did not want to be a part of it anymore but wanted to take the land with them when they go.
And why would military personel fire upon Former U.S. citizens for the sake of obtaining land and jurisdiction? IF everyone in the state wants to secede, and the state government wants to secede, why should they not be able to? If it makes them all happy... Or, do you take a more authoritarian point of view? is that not why the us goes all over the world shooting people because the ""people"" does not want the govt that is controlling them maybe the states should ask the feds to invade and kick themselves out just a thought |

bigger is only better if the thrust and fit factor is in the proper ratio with the size; is that not how it works?

QUOTE: contrary to popular belief, Texas does not have the right to secession written to their Constitution Texas does have the right to split into 5 states if the legislsture and the people vote for it that would give Texas 10 Senators and dozens of Representatives making it a very powerful voting bloc in the US Congress. That is considered to be the last resort "nuclear option" these states declaring sovereignty are doing so under the guidelines of the Consitution reffirming their rights to exists as United States and not as subjects under a Federal Government. Every power granted to the Federal Government is with the states approval. Any power not mentioned in the Constitution is up to the states. But the Federal Government has been dictating a lot of terms to the states that are not in accordance with the Constitution for instance the federal marijuana laws. Many states have legalized marijuana but the feds continue to enforce the Federal laws. Marijuana is mentioned no where in the Constitution thus it should be a matter for the states to decide without Federal intrference just one example

No State shall, without the Consent of the Congress, lay any Imposts or Duties on Imports or Exports, except what may be absolutely necessary for executing it's inspection Laws: and the net Produce of all Duties and Imposts, laid by any State on Imports or Exports, shall be for the Use of the Treasury of the United States; and all such Laws shall be subject to the Revision and Controul of the Congress. No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay. ------ Article IV - The States Section 1 - Each State to Honor all others Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof. Section 2 - State citizens, Extradition The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States. A Person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on demand of the executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction of the Crime. (No Person held to Service or Labour in one State, under the Laws thereof, escaping into another, shall, in Consequence of any Law or Regulation therein, be discharged from such Service or Labour, But shall be delivered up on Claim of the Party to whom such Service or Labour may be due.) (This clause in parentheses is superseded by the 13th Amendment.) Section 3 - New States New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new States shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress. The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or of any particular State. you got that right the world would be under one govt already if they had went into russia after germany fell of course it may have been under russian rule possibly (doubt it but it is a possibility) No, I don't think so. Patton was a war general. He was all about to win wars and defeat the enemy, I don't think he would agreed to create a one world government. Germany never became the 51st state of USA either. well i can agree with that but who knows what would have happened in the sixties or seventies and if you remember he was killed in an accident in germany just after the war ended
