Mine would have a big tuff of fur at the end like a fraggle...that I'd most likely dye or put highlights in....what Id use it for? Swingin it when I dance....slap someone getting fresh. Ha Ha.

Why, in your opinion, do you believe humans became the dominant species on earth? Why are we so different compared to other species in how we invent, colonize, and use rational thought far beyond instincts.



Or do you disagree? Do you think there is a species more dominant than humans or are we closer to other species than we want to believe?

I'm seriously concerned for my town... people's IQs seem to be dropping at an alarming rate.

First, I stop at the bank to deposit my check. Teller asks if Id like to "upgrade" my account from free checking to custom rewards management acct. I say no thanks, Im in a hurry, yadda yadda...I happy with what I have and don't want FEES for my banking. Teller says, I have a banker call you & give you more info. I leave, later get a call from a banker which I ignore and never call back because I'M NOT INTERESTED.

Later this week I get a thick packet in the mail full of pamplets regarding my new custom rewards management acct.

GRRRRRRRRR

Then, this week I get another letter from Farmers Insurance, congratulating me on my new insurance policy & a dex sheet of my policy's effective date. I asked them for a free quote in May, and shot them down when I said they were DOUBLE what the competition was asking. Now I have 2 policies on 1 house. How did this happen??? I had to pay my "real" insurance agent and sign an application.

So...I'm moving out of my townhome and into my new house. I'm no longer staying at the old digs. I drive over today to move more things to the new place and I find my garage door propped open with a bucket and the door to my house UNLOCKED and partially OPEN!!! I run directly to my landlords and ask what the heck? My stuff is sitting there... with me NOT there.. open for grabs because my garage door is visiably OPEN and door unlocked???

She said, "Oh yeah the Air conditioner guys are here this week to service each unit...we knew you weren't home so we just unlocked yours."

They knew I wasn't there? All the more reason to leave it LOCKED!!!

I am sooooo HAPPY for you both. I wish you all the best & I wish I could be there!

Now my son can actually go OUTSIDE to play, I can paint his room in the style of Dr. Suess, I can get a dog, plant flowers and a garden, and we can set up our tent in our own backyard!


and best of all...its only going to cost me $30 more dollars a month more than my current rent.

I bought my very FIRST house after years of building credit and months of looking for the best house for my son and I. I am so excited it is finally happening and I did it all by myself!

We were living in a 2 bedroom townhouse, with no pets allowed, no painting allowed, and basically no yard...and horrible control-freak landlords.

Today we get the keys to our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with .6 acre fenced in yard with paver padio and playground equipment.

Today I become the Lord of my OWN LAND!!!!
