Did you first try to restore your system?

Go to the start menu > run > in the little box put "msconfig"

Then just basically go and do a system restart, that might work... it worked for me XD

Though, an STD would be funny as hell to tell the repair guy ^_^

As far as in your situation, just keep talking to the person online, maybe get their phone number so you can talk on the phone. That's what I did with this girl i met from Utah last night, now we're going to talk on the phone later tonight.

It's just little things like that to get started. It's really different with the whole long distance scene because you never truly know what to expect from the person in reality.
