Have you not seen the new study? You have to be real careful about brushing your teeth to much. They say it takes all the natural decay fighting goodness from your saliva away.... Just thought I would let you know....lol I was actually going to say 2x a day, but thought people might think I was gross. I do it 3-4 usually. I don't pay much attention to studies anyway. Just threw it out there.......lol |
