That's not acceptable to me. If they relapse, they have to wait a year to get rehab again. There's also a waiting list. Half-way houses are good after rehab. It can take months to get in one here.

Atlantis,
I have Vista. I went to start/control panel/uninstall a program. It was removed from the program list. Then it told me that it would be needed to be uninstalled manually. I can't see it now but I'm supposed to uninstall manually.
