you either do or you don't. some people can try to be the opposite of what they are because they think it won't be acceptable among their family and peers, but they make themselves miserable then finally come out with it because they want to be the way they are. There isn't a cure for this and nor should there be, I honestly think that we all have lived so many times, and we've been females and males for many different lifetimes and who knows maybe we get put in the opposite body sometimes, that's how transvestites feel. JMO

It's a biological fact. Males have all the chromosomes , while women have missing chromosomes and that makes the difference later on.
