Well 281 is better then nothing.. just keep it at it.. work as much as possible and focus on school or whatever you do. If a girl likes you she'll accept the fact you have no car.

I had a car when i was 18 paid for it and the insurance myself. Just work on it man. I'm already saving up for my second car. See if I had a date pre-car my mom never drove me anywhere except to my job so I would have had to walk or have her pick me up. Trust me just save up for a car or ask to borrow your parents

It's not bad to just look for friends, but a lot of people on here are too idiotic to check your profile. This site is pretty much a social networking site ala myspace and facebook thats main concern is dating rather then keeping in touch with friends (since most people do not or would not make a profile here unless they're most likely interested in online dating). I see no problem with it, but many people are too ignorant to read your profile and see your wishes.
