well, Karma, we are nothing but wide open spaces out here. They
illegals pay trafficares to bring them across, in fact there is a little
town outside of Palomas Mexico that was literally razed where they were
being kept until time to smuggle them into the US. After being crossed
over, the illegals are left on their own to get to the highways where
they are then picked up and transported to bigger cities. They
literally die out there in the desert. Or if lucky, they come upon the
ranch houses, where they steal anything not nailed down, or break in and
terrify the homeowners.

lol, we started to put up a fence along the river. Everytime workers
went out there, they got shot at. From the Mexico side. You want to
offer some help here???

We have a street here that you DO NOT DRIVE ON AFTER DARK. The Mexican
kids come from across the river, put rocks across it and when you stop
your car, they rob you!!

and hell, the mexicans don't have to fly to Canada. there are tunnels
from Mexico that run right to central El Paso, Texas. Big enough for a
truck. Our Street Department is re-welding the street grates monthly.

The Minute Men are out here in the desert southwest. I have visited
with some, out by Columbus NM. They are there to protect all involved.
The ranchers in the Columbus, Rodeo, Douglas and Deming area are robbed
and molested by those crossing the borders. Their clothing taken, cars
taken, animals taken. Then the flip side is: the illegal crossers are
left out in the desert alone with no food or water. there are those
that are dropping water bottles from low flying planes to assist. And
how many times are we finding dead illegals in the back of trailers,
packed in so tightly they can't even move or sit? The die of heat and
thirst, standing up. It's a terrible situation, with the only ones
profiting are the organizers (coyotes).

As in any relationship, there is give and take.
adjustments to be made. We all want the best, most awesome, earth
rocking mate in history!!! The trick is to wade through the bs and the
games, and click at the exact same time. The "right one" may not
necessarily be ready when you are ready, timing is crucial. Honesty,
fidelity non-negoitable. And until then, just say Hi and just have fun.

I have noticed a lot of people who only talk to each other, no one else.
Happens everywhere, oh well.....I never (NEVER!!!) get responded to, so
normally I just sit back and hover, read what people are saying, and
keep my mouth shut and sit on my fingers. And the adding friends deal,
when I read someones profile to see what they have going on, I notice a
lot of the SAME friends. So yeah, I agree with ya! not that it means
anything coming from me, lol.

Every situation is different. I had 5 kids, 3 boys and my "oops" twin
girls...When my oldest went, he didn't fool around! Left Texas for New
York! There were no weekend visits, and since it was West Point, Army,
no regular calls home either. It was very very very difficult! AND he
was only 17 when he left! My second son went 30 miles up the freeway,
so he was back and forth constantly, was just like high school! My
third went to Dallas, 10 hours away. Few visits, few phone calls,
finally one from the DEA. oh oh, lesson learned! Stay in touch!!! My
baby is now graduating next month, college has been a wonderful
experience for her, altho the first year was tough. But she did make
new friends, and find new favorite stores and parks and restaurants, and
made the town her home. And so will you. And so will your dad. It's a
transition every parent must make, and we life through it, even if we do
give a few kicks and screams.

no hiding Gary. I'm sure you have tons of support. We all feel this
war is a mess, but at the same time, we must support our soldiers in
what they are sent to do. No way can the Republicans win next election,
but which Democrat will get us home and do the least harm???

Who's running Independent???

Texas, the vast diversity in landscapes. And weather. ok, hope you
enjoy this site, it's fun at times, serious at times, and kooky too.
