I would prefer doing one on one for several reasons. One biggie is, I did have first meet last year with someone that I invited to a BBQ... clam and crab bake. Several of my friends were there, well lo and behold he was not what he portrayed himself to be. About 60 pounds heavier, 20 years older than his pictures proclaimed and he also needed a shower pretty desperately. Beside that a first meet is just that, when I meet someone for the first time it is to put a face with the person I have been talking to via phone. Also to see if there is something there to go any further. In my defense, I HAD take a shower earlier that month. Why are you so picky?
