I am learning it ain't all about me anymore ...it's about us. I catch myself everyday thinking or doing something that is selfish instead of selfless. So....yes...love is learned and earned every day. If I knew EVERYTHING ....then I wouldn't bother with learning. (Ps....I firmly believe that love is something that is hard work and must be constantly learner. Thinking it is easy and just comes without effort got me nowhere but lonely.)

It has to be done slowly with lots of monitoring and sit times but I have done roasts, hams, ribs, chicken and it is so easy, moist and succulent. Best part.....no pots or pans to wash! :)

(Mingle works) Every one here is nice but, it's strange not to have friends. I am seriously grateful for my gal. My only running buddy is my dog. Just gonna take some networking and socializing to get established. So....until then...I walk the dog on the beach and drop the top on the spyder and take the dog for a ride. Could be worse......would like to make a friend or two but it's just gonna take some time.
