Like I said...I am not sure. I do know for a fact that, (at least in Texas)...alot of the chemical composition, and safety protocal tables that one has to study for a chemical plant operators licence must be requisitioned directly from state or federal agencies. When I was younger and first started traveling outside my home territory...I thought yankees were rude. Hate to say it but, generally that is the consensus around the south.

Eventually, I realized it was simply societal differences and that northeners are good people...just with a different approach to social situations.

What really p$sses me off is standing in a long line at a store and some a-hole at the checkout doing everything possible to slow the process with absolutely zero reguard for anyone else around standing in that line. I swear....if it was legal to taze those people till they pee on themselves....the lines at Wal-Mart and Big K would move a hellofa lot faster.

I am not sure how good of an idea it is to list the ingredients for meth production on an open public forum.
