Thank you love, He actually wasn't dealing with the tribal court really... he moved it to superior court since he wasn't duly notified that she had given custody up... so Superior court SHOULD have done what you said and immediatly taken her when the ruling was made... I agree! I can guarantee they wont make that mistake again!

My honey is a very upstanding citizen, and a wonderful father figure to my daughter (who thinks the world of him), He's never been in trouble with the law and has no habits or temper issues...

they have NO reason! that's just it...

Thanks hon! I know, it IS rough right now... it's this "hurry up and wait" game... and the longer this takes the more damage is being done to his daughter... it makes me sooo sad!

I'm very sorry Dave, unfortunately we hear too much about the "dead beats" and not enough about the kind of men who actually want to be apart of their childrens lives... and then this happens to you guys! I hope everything works out for you!
