Tranquility.. found in a Cedar Box
Not long ago I had to move back home, and I, at the time thought my world would come to an end My Being and all that I knew was gone, leaving scarred heart wrenching pain upon my soul. My daughter built me a Cedar Planter Box, within this box I planted my garden, and as This garden grew, my scars healed and my soul found its Tranquility once again.. My garden Has since blossomed into an incredible array of color and delightful treats…. Its amazing how a simple Cedar Box filled with love, patience and understanding can fill Ones soul with the impossible. Blessed Be....

ohhhhhhhhhh sweetie.. still taking it all in.. loss is different for everyone... scream if you have to .. right a journal and get out all the mumbo jumbo that is filling your mind... cry.. just stop ,, sit and let your body breathe... exhale and start again....
Meditation .. long walks and yes taling out loud.. hearing your own voice... saying whatever it needs to release at the moment there is no right or wrong... much love to you...
