Welcome, DevilDog4Ever. I'm not sure what you are referring to, but your Mutual Match page says this:
You do not have any Mutual Matches. Rate some people to find a match. That simply means that you have not made any matches yet. If you are referring to another message, please detail the exact page (i.e., provide its URL) where you are seeing it. |

NONE NADA ZIP I tried my first just a while ago and it ALREADY says I reached my limit EVEN though I had NOT sent any out TODAY....You are suppose to be allowed a few PER DAY??? I had NONE today??? As noted, DevilDog4Ever, the system takes into account the mails you have sent over a two-to-three-day period |

Mutual Matches
This is indeed a persistent bug, but there is a way to undo the "damage". First, copy the following URL and paste it into some kind of document or even your browser's address bar.
http://mingle2.com/mutual_match/delete_connection/xxxxx Then, change the "xxxxx" to the user number of the account still in your Mutual Matches box and hit enter. If you look at my profile, for example, my user number is 882. So, if my account is one of the accounts you need to remove, you would use the following URL to get rid of it. http://mingle2.com/mutual_match/delete_connection/882 If you are not having success carrying this out, mail one of the administrators. We will take care of it for you, when we have some spare time. |

search criteria
Hi, klc. Are you looking at the 'People You Might Be Interested In' section on your home page? Or, are you referring to the actual Search? The later should be strict, of course, but the former doesn't have to adhere to one's Search settings (although we still may want to know about instances where the profile is from across the country).

Inbox Issues
Hi, ShannonMarie21. It sounds like the mails in question could have been filtered out by our spam or profanity filters. If you think the member is legitimate, however, please mail the user name or profile URL to Mark or myself (do not post it here). We will then check it out.

Thanks for this post, Sin_and_Sorrow. I was able to test this on a Droid, and it did indeed work. Perhaps we can work this into one of the extant posts here in the forums.

SCAMMERS!!!
Just to add to Mark's reply, scammers are on many dating or social sites, unfortunately, so we just do the best that we can. We are aggressive in killing new scammer accounts, but we rely on our member base to fill in the gaps by reporting the ones we miss.
So, to sum up, you can report scammers through their profile, through any mail or nudge from that person, and finally by using the following form (ideal if the account has been deactivated by the owner). http://mingle2.com/user/report_abuse |

payment
Hello, theenergeticman. We do not charge for incoming calls, although you may have to check with your carrier for possible charges, as it is not a toll free number. Going forward, you can simply use the "billing" category in our help form. We always reply to those, as well. In any event, as long as you left a message, we will get back to you.

Help!!!!!!!!!!
Hi, boonedog. If your machine is infected with spyware, there are a number of programs which you can use to sweep your machine. You should check the software that you have on your computer to run a scan first, probably. We do serve about one pop-under/up ad per day, though, to all of our members.
Thanks for your support, by the way. |

Hi, ybcat1. While there is not an online search for your area, per se, you can simply look for accounts with this image in your normal search:

Hi, pintree3. I've noted your situation for our development team. In most cases, I can quickly explain the discrepancy.
In any event, prior to today, when was the last time you had logged into your account? Also, is this your only Mingle2 account (we need to rule out all possibilities)? *edit* pintree3, we believe that we have addressed the root cause of this problem with your account (and a small percentage of others). So, we hope you can give us feedback after you receive the next offsite "Who Viewed Me" notification. |

Logging in via cell phone
I can understand where you are coming from. The launch of a mobile app has been delayed, but we are still working on it. It should be and is a priority, but we also have other big picture issues which we are simultaneously hashing out. I don't have an ETA, but I will try to do a little sleuthing.

Welcome. Can you give us some examples of activity which are not being recorded (email the user names to us -- do not post them here)? Your recent activity looks fine, from our perspective. Keep in mind that you should not see activity with males on the site.

Logging in via cell phone
We haven't changed anything with respect to the login mechanism recently, so it could be ad-related. As you noted, we simply do not support mobile devices at this point. As a result, I'm sure the ads are not optimized in that regard. For what it's worth, I was still able to log into Mingle2 from my phone as of last night.

Welcome, systm27. I see what you are talking about (one has to click on your secondary photos). I have documented this bug, so I'm hoping it will be addressed soon.

Deleting my file from site?
Sorry to learn of your experience, miaandme, and we wish you luck. To close out your account, see this page:
http://mingle2.com/welcome/faq_account (click 'How do I deactivate my account?' and 'How do I delete my account/profile?') We'd appreciate it if you report the scammer on your way out, by the way. |

Hello, Sherwoodr. Those emails can be off by a bit in the time department, yeah. They are sent out at regular intervals, so it's possible that you have already seen those who have viewed you by the time you open the offsite notification email. In particular, this is the case if you log in daily. If you'd like to stop such emails, you can opt out here:

Welcome, keht3640. You do not have to have a phone number to join. That is a newish co-registration offer, but it is not required.
