That's pretty much it, newarkjw. It only comes into play when an account has a high level of email activity. In other words, if you're sending out emails relatively rapidly, you will be prompted to enter the characters from the CAPTCHA image before proceeding.

We had to delete all for the emails those accounts sent out (for our members' protection), but the email notifications cannot be canceled, obviously. Perhaps I will make a note of that in the posts.

We'll keep an eye out for such ads that are seen by the general populace, tanyaann. We do try to strike a balance between paying the bills and using tasteful ads.

Hi, TaoistMagus. I did some testing with your account and the Search keys that you noted, but I was not able to duplicate the problem. When I used "I Ching", for example, I got zero accounts in the results. Are you making sure to click the 'Search' button after entering your specific interest in the appropriate text field?
