IM Window Does Not Open
That is not normal, kecksie, and our IM seems to be working as it should. So, if you made a change to your setup recently, I would consider undoing it or adjusting it a bit.

blcollar, please email me (do not post it here) the exact user name or the URL to the profile. What you're seeing is likely like a known bug, but I can double check.

Private Photo
QUOTE: Thanks for your response, however, when I right-click on the image, whether in the row of images, or in the main image location, the context menu comes up, but there is no "Properties" selection to left-click on. There is a selection called "Copy Image Location" and that seems to be what I'm looking for. I'm using Firefox, so maybe the "Properties" selection is in Internet Explorer. Again, thanks. That is what you are looking for, AWifeISeek, yeah. I just played around with private photos on Firefox and got the same thing. |

QUOTE: But, there was nothing inappropreate in the message that was filtered in this case. Unless you guys filter the word "reefer." This is a trucker's term for a type of trailer some of us pull. Maybe you should take another look at what's being filtered. I remember once not being able to send an address because the street name was filtered out. We're definitely open to adjustments, but that was not the word that tripped the filter. It was a word that is ordinarily profane. |

QUOTE: QUOTE: (2) The message did not pass the filters (language.) why would it have to? are these not correspondences shared between people with the reasonable expectation of privacy? Reasonable? Definitely. I'd say roughly 99.999% of messages go unread by us. We only investigate when there is a good chance that Mingle2's policies are being violated. This doesn't mean that the filters - in place to protect our member base from scammers and the like - are not automatically filtering out inappropriate messages. |

Question
We do not get involved in such a way, Aranaya. You may want to ask the other member if he/she meant that the software presented your profile to him/her.

Welcome, No1uknow2, and I believe the reset is dependent on the moment you send the first mail. Please see this FAQ:

I would suggest giving the mobile site more chances, Kay:
http://m.mingle2.com It's now possible to use the forums from the mobile site and the ad layouts are designed with mobile devices in mind. As for trying to use only the full site, mobile devices always default back to the mobile one after an hour. We might change this in the future and give members the choice to always use the full site, but it's not an option at this time. |

Thanks to those who have posted or mailed their platform information. We're having a tough time duplicating it, but we are still running tests alongside our other development projects.

You account should not be compromised, then.
For those who are experiencing this issue, please post the following information (alternatively, you can mail it to me): 1) the computer's operating system type and version and 2) the browser type and version on the machine. 3) If using a mobile device, please give as much information as you can. The following would be an example: Nexus S 4G Android version 4.1.1 Slim version 2.6.0 |

If you're not logged out and you share a computer, yes. Although I haven't been able to duplicate the issue on my own, you may want to log out a few times until it takes (or you could delete your Mingle2 cookies). |

We can't upload your photos for you, prateikshah, but make sure that your photos are in the .gif, .jpg, or .bmp format.
Also, be sure your pictures do not have too many pixels. When it comes to uploading images to a Mingle2 account, the actual file size is almost unlimited. The number of pixels in the image, however, is limited to 10 million. In other words, the product of width*length must not exceed 10000000. |

If you are referring to mailing private photos to another member, mrdiscreet060, simply copy the photo's URL and mail that.
If you are trying to upload more photos, you may do so here: http://mingle2.com/user/edit_photos or http://m.mingle2.com/users/show (for the mobile site) |

search engine glitch ?
I checked your Search pages, xeshm21, and I could not find any candidates from New York:
http://mingle2.com/search I suspect that you are either referring to the Who's Online Search (which is not sortable) or your Mutual Match candidates. With respect to Mutual Match, members outside of your area can enter the candidate pool by clicking your 'Match with Him' button. |

Your photo restrictions are not permanent, Funroorkee, as we only do that in cases of bans. In any event, mail one of us administrators to find out when the suspensions ends.
