My daughter goes to Catholic school, and they are having a pancake feast. Tonight I'll be making "blueberry pie" pancakes for dinner... yum yum!

 i also did not know ; about a Pancake Day. Oh, i do enjoy a stack of pancakes with, butter, and maybe fruit on them, or many other toppings. GO; Pancake Day.
