Here I cry.....

Walking on the edge of a razor blade.
Surrounded by hell & the shattered fragments Of a stair way to heaven.
Hopelessness seems so predictable a candle burning consumed slowly by itself.

Here I cry.....

Hope stares at a shattered mirror image of Uncertainty.
I keep hearing your final words so clearly playing out within my mind.
Tears shed across eternity only to begin at the end.
A broken record played out across my heart a portrait of today.

Here I cry.....

Shores of controversy raging against the cracks of my heart.
Skies of broken dreams rain down tears of uncertainty flooding my perceptions.
Heartache standing in twilight corners of what was meant to be...
A shadow of the past lost within thoughts of yesterday.

Here I cry.....

A doorway of passion the sounds of thunder roll across uncertainty.
What was meant to be, never realized by the reality of the present.
Footprints in the sand rinsed away by heartache witnessed only by winds of compassion.
The reality of what would never be...


Here I cry.....


Forever is a faded memory painted upon the soul of yesterday.
Yesterday is a passing denial of today.
Today is a question answered by time.
Time is unaware of the meanings expressed within itself.
