The gaping wound heals slowly, painful from time to time.
The scar is sensitive for a while, then not so much.
And one day you find...its all good again.

The pain of a broken heart will eventually subside.

I lost my first wife to cancer in 1996. She was only 34 years old at the time and was truly my soulmate in everyway. I was a broken defeated man. I had no will to live and became self destructive. There are some really good people out there that provided help for me. Time does heal the pain. My heart was broken a second time last December when I discovered my second wife of 10 years was having an affair. The ache has become tolerable. I think I'm
ready and I'm starting to date again.

What ever you do don't jump into anything to quick.
