A Woman's Fancy

The wind blows free, sweeps away what the cracks have hidden, revealing roots, trailing amidst the moss' home. And Spring blooms hope.

The miniscule flowers lie on top of the green carpet, luring your mind's eyes view.. Blustery are my thoughts, spreading, expanding the grass blades, back and forth as each breath blows to and fro.

Bared and naked branches reveal their hidden anticipations, budded and blossoming, awaiting season's reveal.

Caught in the moment the tree, full and blossomed with the cherry, releases her petticoat to the wind, unashamed, I revel in the subtle pink swirl of her can can and my heart dances.
