I visited El Paso back in September of last year and fell in love with this place. Has anyone tried it before? Anyone know of any other locations other than El Paso? Spent some time looking for a website and came up with nothing. Maybe even if someone has a recipe for those mouth watering rolled tacos?

They might be called rolled tacos or taquitos. There just a little less crunchy, not quite as much as a standard deep fried taquito. Flautas are generally larger and contain cream or additional ingredients to chicken,beef, or in some cases shrimp. They do look a lot like. Flautas  rolled tacos or taquitos
