ramen, mixed veggies, beef, and a little teriyaki sauce all mixed together of course *yum*

yesterday's dinner of shake n bake chicken mashed potatoes and we had corn instead of green beans was delicious. a little red onion in the salad kick it up.
today is spaghetti garlic bread and cheesy bread Caesar salad spaghetti sauce medium onion chopped 2 stalks celery chopped 1 clove garlic smashed then chopped sauteed veggies in olive oil the proteins pound lean ground beef half pound Italian mild pork to mild Italian sausage links cubed remove sauteed veggies. Brown protein ie meet.. 1 can tomato sauce 1 can chopped tomatoes 1 can tomato paste seasonings. clubhouse.. Italian seasoning salt and pepper bit of sugar bit vinegar Worcestershire sauce. add veggies and meat seasonings all of canned tomatoes half cup of water depending on how loose you like your sauce... presto you have your sauce.. i buy fresh French bread loaf. have garlic have to cheese. okay if you're going to make me explain that. butter n Bowl garlic salt mix. grade your favorite type of cheese.. cheddar works best. throw in the mozzarella if you have it. place in broiler. oh yeah butter the Chi side too. keep eye on it burns fast.. don't forget the spaghetti.. boiling salted water. ... make Caesar salad.... ring dinner bell... in the words of Julian . bone Appetit...lol |

Big slice of my mums homemade steak pie, mashed potatoes, roast potatoes, brussel sprouts, baby carrots and loads of gravy? Class and my dog had the same! Getting to the stage where he won't eat dog food anymore, he wants what I want!

I'm thinking now a coconut curry. pork.. on top of a bed of rice.. side of Nana bread.. Greek salad.. I'll post the recipe as I'm making it. later.  |
