I am the Shadow that
follows you everywhere
whether it be day or night
i am like a protector sworn to
protect you from all evil
I am the shadow that

Some say im good some say evil
some call me a knight some call devil
i leave you in the daylight not
bcoz im evil but because you
have daylight to guide you
i am not evil nor the devil
i am not a knight nor an angel
i am just your own shadowy self
that follows and guides you everywhere


hope people see the deep meaning behind this poem as the shadow is nothing but a reflected image of our own self.I just wanted to show everyone how the shadow feels .

Sometimes our own shadow can scare us at times..

the shadow is nothing but a reflection of our thoughts and beliefs and as humans our first trait is to shift blame onto others and that is why we blame our shadow that it scares us but in reality its our own self we are afraid of .i do that too sometimes i blame my shadow for scaring me but in reality its my own dark thoughts i am afraid of and the shadow is nothing but a mirror image of us .just give it a thought once and thanks for liking the poem it means a lot
