Yes and she doesnt understand that! I am and work in an alpha male environment I shouldnt have to be like that at home. We have had many discussions about this but it doesnt seem to work.

I know what you mean. I work a swing shift and a woman I am interested in works a different shift and different days. It is hard to have a relationship outside of work also when you work different shifts and different days. It would be nice to find a woman that understands and is ok with it?

Maybe you or her can change shifts? I did.

get on the same shift so you can spend time with them you lose touch if you don't
