Mostly chicken but once in a while a good thick well done steak.

There is no replacement for chicken!
I toss up avocados, asparagus and mushrooms on contact. Other than that I eat anything that does not move faster than I do. |

What I do or do not eat is no secret.
I rarely eat pork or potatoes. Both because they're some of the unhealthiest things to eat. They do cause me trouble when I eat either of them. I do not like turkey. Thank goodness we have no Dutch turkey eating tradition. And there's no friggin' way I'm eating broad beans  But none of this is a secret :) |

Don't eat "farmed Salmon" as they are treated with PCBs (chlorine) and antibiotics... only eat wild salmon....
Oh and I don't eat potatoes.. and only drink A2 milk. |
