I donate through the United Way at work and it is distributed to organizations, and some of it goes to the homeless.

I give to the Make A Wish Foundation through united way at work. I dont give to the homeless because i dont know where to start in my home town. but i would like to at some point in my life.

Yes, I do. I give through the local food bank and donate clothes and supplies to the local women's shelter. I may not have much, but always have more than others.

I am a homeless person right now (ok cats out of the bag).

Yes- when I was on my feet I gave to the homeless.

I sometimes pick them up in my car and get them something to eat
(for some may buy booze).
Sometimes I just give them money too.
I have also left bags of food in their area for them and clothes.
I am not bragging... I think we all should do something.
There are many reasons people get homeless. I never in my life
thought I would be one- in that catagory... but we never know.

There are alot of people out here who are homeless. The numbers
are astounding...

I use to do what I could do for many through giving clothes to women's shelters, to making baskets at Easter time for widows, widowers or people with sick children. Now here I sit thinking Please Lord let a job come through soon. Who would have ever thought I'd go from praying for my little guy with two holes in his heart to the next week having no income coming into the house. Life certainly keeps you on your toes.

when people walk up to me and beg for money i DO NOT give, no way!!!! i do not give to the freeway bums either but ill clean out the drawers and closets and give bags of clothes to the church or the goodwill, where it goes after that, im not sure but hopefully it goes to the people of mexico cause alot of those villages dont have ****.

I don't give to the homeless~ I live in N.Y.,....... there's to many homeless people here.
I did give a lot to the Hospice Foundation.

i give both to the homeless directly and to organizations that help the homeless when i can.

i dont give to the street bums i dont like my hard earned money spent on booze f*** that me and my boys do the secret santa and buy bikes and things like that for kids that cant afford them,,,
