Not all guys want supermodels. The superficial outer appearance of beauty does indeed change as we get older. I say change because I don't like to use the term fade because true beauty doesn't fade but change with time. We all get old our skin wrinkles our hair changes as does our perception of life itself. Our personalities grow with each new experience and we learn and adapt.
Now I'm not saying that its wrong to want to have something to put forward in a relationship. They are partnerships after all. However I will stubbornly say. I may not be rich but that does not make me any less worthy of someones love than having money in the bank does. What I may lack in monetary value I more than make up for with intellect,wit,loyalty and any other feature my future woman will love me for. Just like it wont be her outer appearance or status that makes me want a life with her. Being poor doesn't make one unhappy or a bad person. The love we give to those we deem worthy of it is priceless and cannot be bought. |

Having money or being poor does not change the richness you could add to a relationship. I would myself prefer to have the richness of the person above the other richness of the material goods. I'd say this may be true to "some" guys out there. But it may also speak about "some" gals. My point is, one cannot say this is exactly false but saying "most" guys... kind of make it a bit unreasonable. Also, being not an ordinary type of person (less money, less beauty, different intellect, etc) does not necessarily mean settling for anything less than one really wants for in life. Love begets love but money does not buy everything. |
