To Vegasrose- It's gotta be diet, sista! I'm the same body type, the only time I used to lose weight was really restricting my food. That was terrible! I went vegan 2 years ago and that was the answer for me. People think that is restrictive but all it did was rule out a ton of things that were really unnatural in my diet! My body responded right away and even though I was only going to "try it," I never looked back! I eat loads of gorgeous healthy foods and have more energy now for all that exercise, too.
If that sounds too hard just start with eating more carby fruit, veggies, limiting refined sugar and caffeine, and getting an app to count calories honestly for a week or so (any longer can turn obsessive so watch out!), try to stay inside a goal and see how you feel. Eat fresh and organic, hydrate, and practice self-love.

Hope any of that helps. All worked for me and with none of the crazy feelings of dieting.

All of you are wasting your time.
To reach your fitness goals for whatever purpose...the workout in the ''Transform Yourself '' thread is the ideal one...don't let people confuse you with multiple explanations its all quite simple

Hi all this is my first post ever and I will try not to ramble. My goal is to gather your feedback on motivation tips for going to the gym. I joined Crossfit two months ago and have a sporadic track record at best. Some weeks I do as much as 3-4 days and others as little as 1. I even went two weeks without going once. I want to get more consistent and improve my current a lack of motivation. I typically go in the morning before work but hate getting up to make the 5:30am class. Please leave a post and send me a Pm if that makes you more comfortable. Thanks for any and all advice.

Motivation is all in the mind. You have to have that inner drive to go there & do it....not only in fitness but in every aspect
