FL Studio is a powerful music editing studio for your PC. Previously known as Fruity Loops, FL Studio has been transformed from a MIDI sequencer to a fully-fledged audio editing application.

Fl Studios is decent but Pro Tools would be a better choice for serious users. VirtualDJ and DUBTurbo have a MUCH easier learning curve for those just starting out but if your looking to go professional, want EVERYTHING POSSIBLE at your fingertips when it comes to mixing music, or just have a good chunk of money sitting around, Ableton is the way to go hands down. I've enjoyed using Mixcraft as well!
