I am Italian and Scottish. My last partner was Filipino. He loved chicken adobo and I created a recipe he did not like at all which I always thought was odd considering the things he did like to eat.

Anyway,

My recipe is Chicken Adoballs (Filipino meatballs served with rice - Yummy and savory!)

Can be substituted with beef, turkey, lamb, emu etc.

1 Lb Ground Chyicken
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup White Vinegar
Some Oil
Few cloves garlic peeled and crushed
Few Bay Leafs
Few Peppercorns
2 Tablespoons of Sugar
Tablespoon of Butter

Cook 30 minutes per pound of meat.

Form the meat into balls, add oil to large skillet and brown meatballs to a golden brown. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for around 30 minutes turning every so often. Turn off heat and let meat rest at least 10 minutes.

Serve with rice, Yummmm!

Chicken garlic 4cloves pepper small ginger cut into strips and onions + pineapple chunks with syrup soy sauce and white vinegar
In a pan saute the garlic and ginger after golden brown add the onions and ground pepper after chicken saute in 1min then add the soy sauce and the vinegar but a lil bit and the pineapple with pineapple syrup its additional aroma and twist with the chicken if have laurel in your country add 2leaves in 1/2 kilo or 1kilo
