My question is... If this site really tries to match people that share the same interests and feelings/opinions on things, why do they not make age preference a key to matching? I am almost 53. I have been contacted by 3 different men in their 30's. My age preference was 50-65. I will not even try to "mingle" with someone in their 30's. I am sure they are very nice men, but it is not how I roll. A 30 year old is much too young for me in my opinion. I also do not see why a 30 year old would want to talk to a 52 year old woman. This is MY choice. I'm just putting it out there.

its ALWAYS your choice Diana, dont count on the site for help in matching you up with someone...correspond with the ones you feel are appropriate and ignore the rest, setting your age filters higher will help...and there's nothing wrong with sending your own emails out to guys who appeal to you.....
