Well, if she doesn't think that it's creepy or awkward if you let her know that you fancy her then you're probably in there. Tell her how nice you think that she is and if she says that she thinks that you're a nice guy with no buts about that you are doing well at what's known as chatting up a bird. Just making eyes at a woman will rarely get you anywhere, even if you can tell if she's atracted to you that way.

good look at his own poo--so the problems become ''OUT THERE''--THERE FAULT--THEY DID IT ETC ---

I say op if she finds your emails nice and keeps replying to you and wants to meet but does not ask for $ for that from you ... then I would say she is interested in you... takes a little time to know if your going to like each other through back and forth mail ... but no response then move on and do not take it personally...
