Yoga and weights; on different days though. Also, I always walk to any place upto a mile from home.

I like any sports that involves balls...lol, but seriously though...I enjoy basketball, baseball, soccer, tennis.., just to name a few. Workout - I like running, paddling & my favo dancing! :banana:

Sounds like some great workouts! I enjoy sports also, but I mostly lift weights and jog. I have noticed more and more women are lifting weights too these days. Fit women are very attractive :)

Yep sex-ersize is right up there but these days its 4 days a week at the gym for up to 4 hours and no less that 2..... And my hiking in the now burned up forest... Lots of old trails and old mines are now visible ... I'm gonna have to check them out...

I just work out in my basement. I cycle, kickbox, do weight training, crunches, and use a stepper.

honestly. I jog almost every morning..
and I work hard at work.... always have.... and of course vigorous sex...
. 1 to 1&a half hours.... 3 to 4 times a week... keeps you fit as a fiddle... and in very good spirits....lol..laugh happy laugh happy laugh rofl rofl drinks drinker rofl :thumbsup: :angel: winking
