Go ahead, speak some jargon. It's your thread.

What software? Oh, must be SQL, eh?

Yea i do most of my coding in dynamic SQL.. Nothing like using a replace statement to make that SQL really run well =)

How about you?

Access huh? SQL Server's ugly step brother lol.. I always cringe when i go into a site and see that is what they are using at an enterprise level. Since opening the doors of my company two years ago, I have been converting companies away from it...

yeah, that's what I hear, for the newest graduates mostly. There are jobs in the Twin cities, but I prefer not to have the rat race any more.

Yeah, that's the problem, and always has been the problem with IT. Always evolving. Leaving the older ones in the dust if you are not constantly going to school.

And that philosophy of hiring the younger ones out of school, yes, they have the cutting edge knowledge, but that keeps the wages too low. People can't live on that. Or part time.

Actually, I would be focusing on security if I were you.laugh The ciphers keep going bad. The NSA is always hiring contractors.
