This is being used now and created to find what the purpose of life here is on earth & means and to discover more what is in our universe
there are many theory's about this scientific machine ... where those here on earth put here earlier to help design this machine for the future and now wants to add more power to it for more discovery ... what if that discovery is unknown to us and this machine unearths us ... from nonexistence... as these scientist are working and using this machine now ... I have known about this machine for sometime ... do or would you like to know more about our earth and the use of the universe what the machine may discover for our use here but taking a risk of unknowingly what might happen to earth by doing so ... risk will it blow up the earth while in use one day or unbalance us in the universe ... these are some ? that scientist have asked ... others just calling them as being to negative & doubting the scientist using the machine ... or do you even care what their doing ... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_God_Particle would u take the chance or not ... |

We have had several threads here about Cern. Since the Higgs Boson was discovered recently, various new theories have formed and certain old theories have gained credence or have lost credibility.
What made the Higgs so elusive was it's apparent ability to escape into another dimension before we could see it. String theory requires it to exist in more than one dimension to give mass to matter. String theory was propped up. The Higgs field appears to exist. Tiny Black holes evaporate quickly so the machine does not pose any threat of killing the planet. |

that we know of that is : ) man has many times said there is no treat , and then later retracted that i do hope they are careful with all the learning that they do and they way they do it thing is , we are all still dumb apes , its only a few that think they are not the more i know , the more i learn that i know nothing at all we are still young and only a blink of the eye in the long drawn out looking at it from another point of view but that seams to be the way we learn is to try and grasp the things of life as well know it will the god particle blow up the earth , not from what i have seen about it but who knows you all ways have one idiot that says " hey what does this do" <shrug> and no worrys if we keep treating the earth like we have been we will break it by some other way any ways |

I know it has been a back and forth theory... they want to know why some planets like ours have died like Venus & Mars ... which had magnetic fields like ours at one time and life ... similarities...
they have just kinda recently found another earth ...they have talked about ... that is existing now like ours ... now after hearing about all of the points we have all over ...that can effect our magnetic field and is responsible for out weather patterns changing seems a bigger issue them what we have done ... I do believe those that do not have the quality of air in the country or state should do something about it ... but for those that have no issue... why should they be targeted for the energy they use and have to be shut down as a producer ... we can not just live on one energy look what happened to Japan ... with the nukes and the damages that is irreplaceable and still in a place of danger... at least all the other energies can be shut down but who made these systems nukes that there is no way out for the places they are an can go on for years destroying the earth and putting those in a constant state of jeopardy becouse of ... so when they talk of global warming ... I now believe it has way more to do with those points I did another topic on ... but not saying we as people don't contribute to waste & destruction from our being here ... |

You can not have an atmosphere without a planet having a molten core with magnetism holding the atmosphere to it. When that core cools, for whatever reason prompting the slowing of the cores spinning, that planet loses it's magnetism. The air floats away. Mars had an atmosphere at one time. There couldn't have been polar ice caps and perma frost and streams and creeks cut into the landscaping without it. It had water too. |

Right. Explain then. The magnetism protects the planet (Earth and Mars(before it cooled)) from solar wind which is composed of extremely high energy charged particles. Without this protection, the solar wind will, over time, blow the atmosphere away a little at a time. The magnetic field of the Earth causes the particles to flow around the planet instead. When a planet cools the liquid core solidifies. Without a liquid core the spinning iron cannot produce the protective magnetic field. The Earth's oceans, through the action of tiny sea creatures, convert the available carbon Dioxide to limestone or chalk. This action prevents too much carbon from building up in the atmosphere. Venus has no ocean and no sea creatures so the carbon just keeps building up in the atmosphere a a far greater rate than solar wind can blow away. Venus has an atmosphere about 90 times thicker than the Earth's.  |

Science is always derive from rationality as well as experimentation, yet there are things that exist beyond reason and beyond experimentation. Hence, we might say that science is not that accurate. I do believe, we were created for a higher purpose by a Supreme Being who is far beyond our grasp as well as that which transcends our Human Reason. However, the fact that we see things are enough to prove that we exist(Cogito Ergo Sum).

They had to "prove" it or their work would of been called the biggest failure, folly and white elephant of mankind. The reason this bosun particle is "elusive" has nothing to do with dropping into parallel universes (proof is expected or it is not science, just conjecture) it is the fact theoretical maths state this bosun had to have a particular rate and charge. Believe me, if you measure the speed of various balls being kicked about in a room by a child you will have one or two of the right balls going at the correct rate. there was no image submitted of this fabled particle dragging or altering the paths of others. Those physicist monkeys cannot even define the relationship between mass, gravity and time clearly never mind the interaction between magnetic fields unless they drop the particle theory for Einstein's special law of relativity.. </rant> |
