I am having a challenge accessing my mail, friends list, and profile.
The screen will show the advertisement above with no issue. (IE: Zoosk, etc) Under that, the screen is black and blank. I have been able to inadvertently access my mail this afternoon since signing in. The screen turns black, etc afterwards, under the ad space. I can come and go as I please on the Community Board. Cache has been cleared.. Computer has been rebooted.. Thanks for your help!

It might have a virus or spyware/malware...those can be risky as they can steal your personal info, send out emails from your computer etc and do all sorts of stuff depending on the virus etc

By the way running any type of anti virus might not solve it coz they're getting more advanced and can't be detected....rather have someone that knows computers have a look to see what the problem really is.

Have you tried using another browser and seeing if you get the same problem?

having the same problem here....seems i can only access my mail if someone sends me an email and the notification appears...any other time, i get the black blank screen....

What specific browser and operating system are you using, StormMessages and argo63? The more particular the information, the better.
