Tracyb1971, 1st go into search. At the top you should be able to set your "search settings" the way you like or at least close to how you want.
To set your mail settings, you'll have to be on the main Mingle2 website, not mobile. Go into Settings, then listed will be "limit who can send messages". There you can set who can send you messages. Hope this helps and welcome to Mingle2!
