Topic: I/M chat vs messaging

I'm confused. Some messages are coming thru and viewed under "messages'. Others are received from my alert feature (when i have my m2 app minimized. ). If I don't click on it then and answer/read from alert window, when I get back to my messages they aren't there. Is thus I/m chat?

you are very welcome ma'am. if i had a hat on, here is where i would tip it. sometimes if you go to the section titled "help" you might find a thread topic about the problem you are having. some of the cats that have been around for a minute or two can be helpful as well. one really good thing about this site is that you can message a mod directly and they are always glad to help. enjoy mingling

The chat that comes with the iOS app should still be working. What version of the app are you using, MemphisBelle2015? Also, what exact iOS device are you using?
