If I knew how to, I'd be in demand. laugh. Sadly I don't think there's a right way to do this. All I've ever done, is to go with the flow. It's not easy trying to put our memories on pause. I keep remembering certain things I loved about my recent ex. I'm really not doing myself any favours by doing that.
