personally... I believe the republicans are coming out and saying bad deal... bad deal... before they even read the thing yet ... and think war is the answer ... wow ...that's a surprise a repub starting a war ... rofl shakes head ... The deal really does not sound to terrible... when you look at the whole issues ... I look at it this way ... peace deal for a few yrs.. They don't follow the agreements... we can bomb them anytime ... in the nxt few yrs maybe they really meant what they have been saying only want this to help run energy for their country ... who knows but to say no ...because it jeopardizes Israel ... our allies ... my goodness if Israel does not trust us and our own powerful military to have their back on this ...if Iran breaks any part of this deal ... then they just want war... not peace ... as they say why not... give peace a chance ...

Caused more Wars?

I would say the British and the French have us easily beaten in that one.

As a matter of fact it is the British and the French that totally phucked up the middle east in the first place.

I am all for telling the world to go phuck themselves and have fun with defending yourselves for a change..

Bad deal! The money alone will buy tons of terrorist weapons and some will surely be used against us and our allies.

The North Koreans were not going to develop the bomb either!@$$%#

There has yet to be a deal with Iran that they haven't broken.

What I find amazing is Obama can walk out in front of cameras saying this was the deal that we had to have to avoid war. Really? John Kerry will go down in history as the 21st century Neville Chamberlain, and a lot of people are going to die when Iran uses the bombs it will build.

So Iran agrees to nuclear inspections, but they have to be given notice, with no surprise inspections to keep them on their toes. They have to 'dismantle' not destroy their centrifuges, and give up about 90%of their current stockpile. We cannot inspect military bases as part of the deal, and no provision was made to force Iran to halt its support of terror groups, or material support of the Assad regime in Syria.

So, there is NOTHING that keeps Iran from moving its centrifuges onto military bases and restarting them. There is no provision that prevents Iran from replenishing the surrendered materials. DOH!

They will get $100 billion in frozen assets back almost immediately, and will be able to sell about 400,000 barrels of oil in storage at $50 a barrel for another $20 million. How much of that will go into weapons for Hamas/Hezbollah/Syria? DOH!

The deal had NO provision for getting jailed Americans out of Iranian jails. You don't think Kerry could have gotten them tossed in at the last minute? DOH!

Now that the U.S. took this course of action, and told its allies in the region it was determined to get a deal with Iran, we find out Egypt, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia have signed contracts with RUSSIA to build nuclear power plants in their own countries. So the arms race begins as these countries now devise strategies to divert materials from industry into bomb making for when the spent fuel rods come out of those reactors and they start harvesting the plutonium.

Nicely done Obama. You really did nothing to stop an Iranian bomb, and now someone will have to clean up your mess when there is an Egyptian bomb, a Jordanian bomb, and several Saudi bombs because the Saudis signed up to build SIXTEEN nuclear plants.DOH!

Republicans aren't the only one saying bad deal. This deal will eventually cause World War 3.

I am just hoping the House and Senate shoot this deal down.

Relax...
It's just a wee bit of quid pro quo.
Obonzo is just extending favours to his campaign contributors.

The House and Senate will vote to void the deal. Obama will veto the vote. The House and Senate will not have the votes to override the veto.

There is a good possibility that Iran has already hidden enriched uranium and bomb making facilities. Iran will complete and test the bomb and then will be treated with the same kid gloves that North Korea is treated ... until they smuggle a bomb into or near Tel Aviv.

If Iran is smart, and they have generally shown to be, they will bomb Israel while Obama is still in office because they know there will be no retaliation from the US if he is in office. If they can quickly install the antimissile systems and anti-aircraft systems Russia is about to sell them, they will be FAR more able to withstand a counter attack from Israel.

If Israel is smart, they will take out Iran's nuclear facilities while they still can; at least to some extent. Most are buried deep. They were about to do it before but Obama ratted on them to the Iranians, preventing the attack.

Once Iran gets the 100 billion dollars frozen, they may just buy a bomb from Pakistan or North Korea and do the dirty deed to Israel. One atomic bomb and Israel no longer exists effectively as a country.

Israel won't make that mistake again.

The Main Street Media - He is so smart and wonderful!

The progressive liberals - He is so smart and wonderful!

The hard core lefties in Congress - He is so smart and wonderful!

The Democrats who are moderate and mainstream - What an unbelievably stupid thing to do! But we will do nothing to get rid of him.

The Republicans - Wait for the next guy and hope for the best.

The rest - How are we going to dig ourselves out of this mess?

I feel it is a good deal for sure. Iran is conservative but was never a terrorist state...so unless Shiites are targeted by the Sunnis in the Middle East, Iran will never poke its nose.

The hundred billion dollars will help Iran improve its infrastructure and thus lives of Iranians. It may however, use a part of the money to ensure Shiite state in Yemen and provide help to Syria crush ISIS.

But, most importantly, Iran has the second biggest gas field in the world which needs to be used by all countries that need it. This deal will facilitate Iran to export the same.

I have lived in Iran for some years and feel they are quite resilient, peaceful and friendly. If others don't mess with them, they won't mess with others.
