Doesn't everything come into prospective once you learn you have the big "C"...Everything comes to a grinding halt as you catch your breath and ask yourself...What now??? What do I want to do with the time I have left? Who do I want to meet? If your like me you think for once about yourself...Me first this time around!

I came to this wilderness to heal my body and spirit and to really see what life is meant to be...I have met people who would probably have passed me in the street without a second glance! Some poor beggar down on his luck.

No longer focused on the past or the future I focus everyday on the now... right this very moment cherish each new person I come in contact with whether in person or here on Mingle 2.

Hi mister Nick. How is it? I am going tomorrow for round 5 of chemo. I get about 6 hrs in the doctors office, then they send me home with a chemo pack that I take IV thru my port until Friday, when they remove the IV.

After that I am taking a trip to go fishing for a while; swim in the lake, watch the sun rise and watch the stars shine at night. Helps me bounce back faster from the chemo.
