Is there any option to delete items from the list of Sent Mails...

no.... they will automatically be deleted in 30 days. You can only delete that is in your "INBOX"

Deleating mail sent : I find out now that i can deleat the mail i send , my question is : i sent 4 same mail to same person by mistake , i deleated all but 1 , so will the person only get one ? Thanks for your reply , Lonely4u66

Apparently, and i have not confirmed this with Admin here, the delete sent mail feature has been added, However, i just sent three emails to the same user, then i deleted all three, it shows as 1 message deleted. I'm assuming because they were duplicates to the same person.
