I made sure I have the latest version of Flash, and I still cannot use the Instant Messenger feature. I use Google Chrome and have Windows 10. Everytime I click on the Instant Messenger button in someone's profile, all it does is scroll down to where the button is at the top of the page.
Is there anything else I may have to do with Google Chrome or Windows 10? Thanks |

If the IM feature has been disabled across the entire site, wouldn't it make sense to remove the IM button from the profiles? Also, you should really mention somewhere in the Help section that the IM was disabled March 2015.
I do some web development myself, and I always make sure to properly communicate when online changes have been made. |
