The reason why several people are giving cautions, is that most people who ask what being in love is like this, don't actually want to know what being in love is.

They want to know if being in love is a reliable magical force which they should take comfort in.

The answer to that, is a firm "no." Love is entirely unrelated to compatibility. It has nothing to do with the direction each person's life is headed. It isn't even remotely responsive to your needs, or your long term goals, or your credit rating.

Love is a wonderful thing. It feels great. It will enrich your soul to give of yourself freely to another.

Just don't get the idea that it makes things work out. Plenty of us have fallen in love with someone who proved to be liars, cheaters, just plain immature and childish, clinically insane, or totally callous about the people who cared about them so much.

If you are one of the lucky ones, and you do feel love for someone who loves you and respects you in return, congrats: heaven on earth for you.

If not, it is still love, just not the fun kind.

Real love is when its free, and easy going and natural, not following a preset list of rules based on the sins of past loves.When you work a lot of hours but give all your free time to someone,when your mate gives you a little time to keep up with other important people that where in your life way before them and not be jealous of them. The main thing is pressure,not squeezing someone to death with your love but showing them respect for their way of loving whether it fits your mold of not. To really listen to someones words and believe in their character as they pour out their secrets to you and show you where you can hurt them the most. Real love is not being a detective and searching for something that is not there but trusting someone. I mean after all you love them. People are full of flaws but communication is the main thing in my eyes, to function as a team and if things get heavy knowing when to back off and let another person breathe.Most of all trying not to analyze every second and every word but to really enjoy the person who professes their love to you.

Some humans spend their whole life looking for love .. Then they die .. What a waste ... All the opportunities they missed .. All that time living a solitary life waiting for their true love .. Romantic love has so many layers ..

My advice .. Live. Laugh and love like their is no tomorrow .. Your view of romantic love just may change :-)

Strange thing to ask but really I want to know how can you say that you love someone? I hear that when you fell in love you hear bells when see her/him, you feel butterflies in your stomach, you always feel happy near her/him, etc etc...
