When life get me down I head for the mountains. Nature has a way of minimizing your problems. I enjoy hiking, climbing, and exploring of any kind. It's really fun hiking into a canyon, viewing Petroglyphs, and exploring Indian ruins. I also like checking out ghost towns in various states of conditions from living to almost non-existent. A nice rain storm or light snowing in the forest mountains is fantastic too. |

I'm going to split this topic into two parts;
What makes me feel interested in life? Setting realistic attainable goals and achieving them What makes me happy? Simple things, A smile from a stranger A quiet talk with an old friend Being with my family Holding a newborn baby Playing with my dogs at the lake Laughter Helping a friend in need Just the most simple things in life |

I like to find one beautiful thing each day and keep it to myself.
Spending as much time possible with my children. Enjoying nature. Talking to people; young and old. The elderly are time capsules and are sometimes better than the library for historical value. Seeing things through the eyes of a child is an amazing different perspective all together; it's innocent and unfiltered. Daily laughter. Challenging myself; bringing myself out of my comfort zone to get comfortable with it. Being creative and artistic. The calm after a hard days work- the true satisfaction that comes after the accomplishment. The way my horse whinnies at me when I go into the barn to feed him. How my dogs are always happy to see me, with wiggling bums every time- every day. Being there for family/friends in need. |

Music brings me joy..while I don't play any instruments, I do like to sway to the music.. I always have some type of noise around me as I putter around my home...at night my ipod plays throughout the night.

What make you feel interested in life and happy ? Me: to find my love ,( the one did not have her yet ) To find meaning in my life makes me feel interested in everything that life has to offer me. Seeking true happiness in everything that I do with contentment and a grateful heart. Life itself is a motivation for me , appreciating all the good and the bad experiences makes life worth living with a purpose. That is HAPPINESS IN LIFE

just keep rolling and going meet new people and new experiences,adventures makes up living ,life and happiness. however not every experience will bring happiness some experiences are sad ,frighting,down right disappointing but the good experiences and people , adventures out weigh the bad ones.

What make you feel interested in life? Life's exciting, there're always surprises, whether they be good or bad. The unexpected makes life worth living. ... And happy? Happiness is temporary, Contentment lasts a lifetime. |

Simple things make me happy ... a nice day with sun, a chat with a friend ... there are many things that lift my day.

I always have some type of noise around me as I putter around my home...at night my ipod plays throughout the night. I agree, music is my life. I do play some which I do enjoy. So much emotion, love how it can change your mood or fall deep into the mood you may be in. I went to a show Friday night which was outside in a wooded area with a lot of laid back hippy types, great night! I especially love to draw as well, although I've had a busy summer and haven't done that much lately. |

Frist.my Boyz ... but now they are too old to be interested in dad..
So keeping my house tidy... And a special friend I spend time with makes me extremely happy.... And milo... and the occasional good game of online Call of Duty zombies..lol.. .. and finding a great bargain at the store..lol... I used to enjoy my alone time but not So Much Anymore.. .. |

mainly my family & friends ... being alone and like it ... my few summer flower plants ... I keep saying I want to go just hang out at a few places to meet some new friends but never get there ... tired by that time ...
