Broken Vows, Broken Friends
Thought we'd be together to the end!
But love was lies and people used,
and fools forgot the golden rule!

Life's not easy, damn it's tough,
love should never be off the cuff!
But you play games with the one you're with,
and wonder when the violence hits!

I love you but it's all a lie,
cause if you did, you would abide!
Regardless of the hits and miss,
you'd work it out and not be pissed!

Its easy just to walk away,
but takes real guts a love maintain!
Cause here's a shock reality,
your getting older can't you see!

You got wrinkles, he is fat,
I wonder where the laughter's at!
Many sit there all alone,
what happen to their Happy Home!

Threw in the towel, they quit the fight,
now they're lonely through the night!
