There probably are. Its just a very personal question. You might want to point this to the Washington D.C. area, there are alot of freakazoids there. Just check in Congress.

:joy: quite a good comparison there. does that mean men are not open to admit that they are in an open relationship then? forgive me for being redundant lol

Well, number one, I think open relationships are a form of cowardice.
Why not just date? You can see whomever you want to. I dont look at them as being hip or modern. Just afraid of settling.

i guess both would not want to settle but agree that they wont let go either?

not all are afraid to admit that some also accept that they are in open relationship

It would never work for me. To each their own. As long as they are open and honest about it, and it works for them - I don't care what other people do.

there are plenty especially here in Louisville. people try it. I know some couples but it's seems to get emotionally messy in time. one gets more jealous or something

Frankly, i just don't understand it. If you are simply 'friends with benefits' then I guess it is not a big deal to share your partner with others and vise versa.

However, I fail to see how if you are serious about your partner, are choosing to give your body and heart to them...what does that say if you are fine with another person having sex with them or an emotional relationship. Do you have no pride in yourself or value your worth in terms of being that person's 'one and all'? If you are not jealous or guarded about such intimate contact with someone else like that, than I say that your relationship is built on nothing more than sex and 'friends with benefits' and not the deep relationship that love, trust, and loyalty is based on.

Just my two cents.

IMO open relationships are nothing more than FWB. Might have it's time and place but I prefer a real relationship

Lol, no. Both sides can be quite the cannine. Theres an old saying from a movie.
When it comes to women, there are 3 thinks you cant beat them at.
1. Love
2. Money
3. Revenge
You roll with the punches. Live and learn. Just curious are you very young?flowers
