Your welcome
I'm not a great cook in the Indian department, but I'm positive that you'll get plenty of advice very soon if you hold out.
In a village called sudbury not far from here is a little shop where you can go, tell her what you like and she'll mix all the ingredients, all you have to do is cook it! happy

I can help you with some easy recipes. As simple as Lentil(Daal fry), few indian vegies, Chicken Masala etc... Provided you can get few indian spices frm the store near you !

I guess you already have a taste for Indian food so you can zero in from a vide range of choices like spicy, healthy, vegetarian, snacks, deep fried, south Indian or north Indian etc.

You can start with steamed rice and lentil or some veg omelette or some deep fried snack like pakora. You tube can help and so do I!

Enjoy the mouth watering food.
