Yeah totally.

And I believe controlled experiments have been set up with cameras. A book is placed on a high shelf. Too far to reach, and no ladder or chair or anything to stand on to reach. When people astral project, they can and have, successfully read the name of the book. This was on camera. There body never moved, and they looked asleep.

Got a test for anyone thinking they are astral projecting.

I will write 5 things on a piece of paper and put it inside a locker (unlocked).
I will wait 5 days before I tell you to read it but I will not tell you what I wrote.
I will tell you where it is located, exactly.

On the paper I will write the following:

1. Canary
2. Left rear upper inner pillar post reinforcement bracket
3. Glub
4. Promotional material
5. Baseline stratoplex transducer module

If you can astral project, not only should you be able to recite all the words but also in the correct order and spelling.

After you write those five things on your paper, I will go get my paper, lay it beside yours and lets see how well you did?
Should match exactly.

Now, how likely is it that they will match exactly or even remotely?

If someone claims astral projection and guesses that the book titled "Animal Behavior" is on the top left shelf has basically guessed by deducing that Animal starts with "A" and according to order would be placed on the top left shelf. That's not astral projection, that's deduction.

Tom ? Eh?
And I'm not sure it would work that way, seen as even though you've told me that it's in your sock drawer or wherever, I haven't a clue where your sock drawer is, and even if you gave me a map, I still wouldn't really know.

Perhaps you missed my point.
The point is the paper and exactly what is written on it.

Lets say I take you into a room beside the room you will be in to project. I take you to the table in the center of the room and show you the paper (still blank) and tell you to project to this paper and read exactly what is written on it.
Then I take you back to the projection room and return to the paper room by myself, write the 5 things on it, leave the room and lock the door.
Then I peek in at you and say ready.

If you can read exactly what I wrote in the order as written I will agree that you astrally projected into that room and read the paper.
But if you get anything wrong at all, you did not project because if you had projected you could have read the paper just as if you were standing there reading it. Plus, since you will be writing those words on your own paper, it would merely be copying what is written. You wouldn't need to know what those words mean, just copy the numbers, letters and punctuation as you see it. Simple to do if you are standing there reading my paper, which is what astral projection implies.

Then, after you say you are done with the exercise I go into my room and get the paper and place it beside yours and it should match exactly.

1. Canary
2. Left rear upper inner pillar post reinforcement bracket
3. Glub
4. Promotional material
5. Baseline stratoplex transducer module

Yeah, fair point. But I did describe a similar experiment. And without meaning to sound snotty, if you could do this, wouldn't you have better things to do? And what would the consequences of doing this be:see_no_evil::speak_no_evil::hear_no_evil:
You might end up like e.t.

I don't think you are being snotty.
The reason I would participate in an astral projection experiment is that I am curious about things like this.
Deep down, I want you to succeed.
It would be an enlightenment for me.
I think it would be amazing to be in on the study that prove it beyond any doubt.

I would love for someone to prove to me that there is a ghost.
I would love to meet a real extraterrestrial intelligence.
I would love to personally witness telekinesis, telepathy or any other proof of a different realm.
Problem is, reality always gets in the way.

Its all about the details.
There's a big difference between belief and proof beyond a doubt.
Yet any doubt does prove the belief is invalid.

To succeed in such a test, as I explained, would leave no room for belief because the reality would justify the test. There would be absolutely no doubt of astral projection.
That's pretty important.
Testimony, no matter how convincing is not proof.
Pictures can be manipulated with photoshop.
Video can also be created, do you really believe someone can fly like Superman? That dinosaurs really exist in Jurassic World?
Those are not reality, they are video. So video is invalid as proof.
So, Yes, I want to be there, be part of the experiment and witness it first-hand.
Then, I'll believe the results.

Do you believe in astral projection

Yes I do... I have had them.

And for that reason I have started a grass roots drive to shut down all Taco bells

There is a lot of information on the web, some of it is over 50 years old, for example, The Monroe Institute. There are others like William Buhlman, Jurgen Ziewe, and Robert Peterson. There is a ton of data on lucid dreaming with many forums but Gavin Frost says everyone astral travels if they know it or not when dreaming. Once you've experienced something on your own it is hard to describe and no one can belittle you for it. Once you've been on the other side so many times there's no such thing as loneliness.

There's a popular book 'Autobiography of a Yogi' where the saintly author describes his experience of meeting ancient masters well past their earthly existence. It is so charmingly written that one finds it difficult not to believe. I first read about astral projections in this book - 3D communications over distance and time. This was in the seventies, before the internet.

Like some people, I have had some rare experiences - like seeing a strong and vivid dream which made me ring up the person half way across the globe only to find she was in hospital - fighting for her life. It's my mother I'm talking about; and this was before I saw those Hitchcock movies and so on.

But recently, i came across in a video discussion with a modern Guru who professed that psychic abilities like thought transference are not unnatural among yogis. It's in YouTube - but what caught my attention was the comment by a viewer. I thought some of us members may like to read it and decide.

In the 70s I was thrown in solitary confinement while in prison. I never left that cell for 4 years. Bread and water. In the dark. No showers. No hour exercise. No visit. No mail. No human contact. The only light I saw for 4 years was when the guard opened the hatch to toss in a piece of bread and a tin cup of water. What do you think happen to the mind? You develop pyschic abilities because your mind, in the absence of stimulus, will rewire itself. When you are in sensory deprivation for four years, brain rewired, you don't see the material world. You see frequencies, and these frequencies are like the spoke on a wheel. Higher the frequency, more of the future ( which many think is pyschic but it's not). The lower the frequency the more of matter you can see. Every cell has it's frequency. Every organ has it's frequency. Every man, woman, animal, object, only exists based on frequency. Every disease is known by its frequency. You all use it but don't know it. When you feel repelled or attracted to someone, that's frequency. There is nothing static in this world. Everything vibrates, every thing is in constant motion. And you name it based on vibration, frequency, energy. You are aware of time and space because of this. Fall in love and time don't exist. Get angry and time suffocate, in the form of anxiety. People will think you are psychic because you can tell them what they are going to do before they do it. No. You know what will happen because it has already happened in your body and mind. And the so called psychic key in on these changes. We all have the ability. When a dog acts funny before you have a seizure, is the same thing that happens with humans. We all have that ability. Now here's the down side. Once you reach that level, you can no longer participate in this world. You can't have family. You can't talk to people ( they will call you a know it all). You can't have a wife or girlfriend because you know what motivate and drive that person. It gets resentful real fast when you can tell your mate everything she or he does, even though you never left home. Your mate will think you are spying on them and start hating you. When in fact we are creatures of habit. We do the same thing the same way, the same time. That's why animals know when the master will pull up in the driveway. Habit. When you reach that level , you will long for being" normal" like others. But you can never ever go back. You can never be happy. You can never be sad. I miss being just a regular guy. So don't obsess over all thay psychic stuff. You are human for a purpose, you are matter. For a purpose. Otherwise you will live a lonely, alienated life. No family, no friends. Because like me you are a part of a different dimension, and all this stuff around don't exist in other dimension. Peace and love. And by the way I was finally released from solitary and my case became a landmark case that literally change how all of you are treated. You have to have a hearing before you can be fired or punished. My law case is : Crafton v. Luttrell, federal supplement, 1972. And my real name is Calvin murry. You can Google my case.

There are more levels of astral projection than anything ever written.
However, can anyone say you're wrong when you experience a reality that others can't fathom?

Its entirely possible that during the 13.7 Billion years that have existed, that there may be things we can't expplain in the less than 100 years in which we exist.

Perhaps imagination has a root of reality that nobody can prove?
It is said that in the coming cosmological decades of the Universe all things possible will come to occur.

How "finely tuned" do you think you are to 'actual' reality?
Reality 13.7 BILLION YEARS
You less than 100 years.
You figure it out...

Just because I think astral projection might exist I don't think it can be proven.
I wasn't belittling anyone's OM. I just noticed it was slightly off note and attempted to bring it into alignment with the Universe,

I truly believe if a person is awakened enough and not caught up in drama of this world many things that can't be explained become accessible to them. Including astral projection. To many things that can't be explained in this place. So yea I'm positive it can be done.

Yes, I believe in what you call astral traveling. Some people call it by other names. It is possible to travel in our energetic bodies (the physical body is only 1 of the bodies we have. It is the most dense. We have other less dense bodies that r also part of us.

I also have experiences with computers and phones not working when I am upset. I have also experienced several things in my life that seem to defy our current understandings of physics.

434 MHz messes with the OM of electronic car door locks.
I astral traveled heaps when I was a kid, but can't do it at will anymore, only occasionally unintentionally.

Ha, was about to say the same thing!
I know they say you use another body for astral traveling but the traveling with the Lightbody I've done is entirely different, and safer.
Wise women and so called witches used to astral travel and then had to protect their homes and bodies before doing. It's like leaving an empty building which makes it vulnerable to squatters.
Even the High Priestess of Avalon, and thus likely all HPS, had to be protected and guided back into their body after astral travelling.

By travelling with your lightbody you don't have that problem as you're still in your body and fully aware of it. It doesn't cost nearly as much energy either.

I don't think that it's a matter for belief, it's either something you can do and so no 'belief' is required or you can't or haven't yet and if you never do then no amount of belief will have been useful.
