Why are men so obsessed with sending dick pics? I had already a couple of nice chats until... I get a dick pic. I am not interested. At all. When I get one - I block the guy.
And even when I tell them in advance! They don't care. I don't get it. Or do they just want to upset me?

That's why they're on a dating website. They have vast problems with interpersonal relationships, and will never come to terms with themselves unless they get some counseling.
